Unlimited Support We endeavor to respond to all support requests within 12 hours of being reported. We have a global network of support resources that ensure at any given time, there's at minimum 2-3 support engineers avialable to help you with anything they can. |

Unconditional Love While we are going to enjoy a commercial relationship, we are going to lay the foundations of this relationship on love. We want to make sure we treat you just as we'd like to be

Uncomplicated Relationship
All our plans are on a month to month basis. No long term contracts. We figured that for some reason if Maxmail isn't working out for you (highly unlikely) that its best for us to part ways instead of enforcing ugly contracts upon you. Fair? |

How long before I am ready to start sending?
Depending on the plan you're going for, there's going to be a setup time involved. This set up time may (in extreme cases) get further delayed due to demand for our high volume plans. Our enterprise support team swings into action the following business day that you sign up and keeps you in the loop on the progress with your account setup.
Billing:
While you get charged your first month's fee upfront, your 30 day anniversary won't kick in until 30 days from the day you are given your live account. So if you sign up on the 10th of the month and it takes us 10 days to get you up and running, your next bill date wil be the 20th of the following month. |

Is there a ramp up period?
Yes there is. The ramp up period varies depending on the nature of the campaigns and the volume you are sending. Email our enterprise team to discuss the ramp up schedule that would be specific to your campaign needs.

Tell me more about the daily limit?
Our high volume plans are designed for marketers that send large volumes of email every day or at regular intervals throughout the month. The daily limit is based on the size and capacity of the mail server we will allocate to your account. So if you're on the daily 100K plan, while we won't stop you from loading a campaign to 1 Million people, it just wont deliver any faster than 10,000 emails during a 24 hour period. |

Will my IPs get whitelisted?
To begin with, yes. When we complete the setup and give you the account, it wil have 99.98% deliverability across all major ISPs. What you do after you take over the account will dictate how long the whitelisting lasts and how long before your deliverability begins to go south.
With the advent of content filters and other advanced means used by ISPs, changing IP addresses or whitelisting them is no longer enough. If you're a spammer, please don't waste your time and money here... we're not designed for you. |

Everything you say makes a lot of sense. How can I be sure that Maxmail is the right choice for me?
That's a great question. All we can tell you is to A) try our product and see how robust and feature rich it is. B) recognize the fact that we've been in this business far too long and have delivered far too many emails (around 700 mil/mth) for far too many customers around the world to not know how to make it work for our customers.
Bottom line is this:
Good list + good campaign + good network = great results
Bad list + good/bad campaigns + good network = Bad results
The list and campaigns are your responsibility. We can guarantee the efficiency and performance of our network but not of your lists and campaigns. You do your part, we do ours and together we can make things happen.

What about the speed of delivery?
Regardless of what your other ESP tells you and which email marketing book you've read, with high volume email marketing, the faster you send, the worse life gets. The decline is progressive over a period of time so if you're someone that's all about speed then you probably burn your ESP relationships once every quarter and jump from one ESP to another becuse no one can provide you with consistent speeds, consistent delivery (not 1% open rate) and consistent results without burning their network...
We're no different. Our network is designed to work for high volume marketers...who understand the complexities of bulk email marketing and are prepared to take the "slow and steady wins the race" approach and follow our guidelines. Its usually the black hat guys that want to send 2 million emails in 15 minutes and sorry, our network cant do won't do that for you.

How many IP addresses do I get?
Depending on the plan you choose, the type of campaigns you send, and the nature of your industry, we may allocate multiple IP addresses or blocks to your account. This is completely at our discretion and is dependent on what would it take to get the best possible delivery for your campaigns.
Ultimately, with the experience we have in the bulk marketing space, we know, the fatser you send, the bigger the mess but spreading the delivery across multiple IP addresses is not much lesser of a mess either. |

What happens if my IP gets blacklisted?
Well, yoi'll hear from us really quickly in that case... When your IP address gets blacklisted, we work with you to resolve the situation. Resolving the situation requires understanding about your campaigns, sending habits, list quality and your communication style.
If you turn out to be a spammer, you won't hear from us again. If it turns out that you're a well meaning marketer that's been caught on the wrong side of the fence, then we work with you to help you understand what's involved in getting emails delivered in a high volume scenario.
In many cases we also work with ISPs to discuss your IPs and where possible have the blacklist removed so you can carry on sending with Maxmail. |
