This policy sets out the way that CyberCom collects and uses information collected on this website.
CyberCom is the sole owner of any information collected.
In order to provide this service to you CyberCom collects information from its users at various points on our website:
- Account registration: when registering to use the website users are required to provide their name and contact information such as an email address. This is used to verify their identity (by sending a confirmation email) and to contact them about our services for example if we have problems processing a credit card payment.
- Account activation: in order to activate the account the user must provide valid credit card details including the number and expiry date. This information is used for credit reference enquiries and billing purposes
We will not sell, share, or rent your information to third parties.
Changes to Your Personal Information and Cancelling Your Account
You can cancel your account, or change or update any of the personal information that you have provided to us by notifying us through the website, emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by contacting us by phone or post.
Cancellation of your account is subject to the terms set out in the Service Agreement concerning notice periods and billing.
Communication from CyberCom
You can elect to subscribe to newsletters from us. If you no longer wish to receive these there is a “unsubscribe” option at the bottom of the email which you can select if you want to opt out of receiving newsletters.
From time to time we may need to send you information about our service, which we will do by email. You cannot opt out of these communications. If you do not want to receive them you will need to cancel your account.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the your hard drive containing information about the you. By setting a cookie on our site you do not have to log in your password more than once which saves you time while on the site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once you close your browser, the cookie simply terminates. CyberCom's website automatically logs you out of a secure session after 2 hours of inactivity.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Sharing Your Information with Third Parties
We do share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. We do this to improve the quality of the service we offer. However, this is not linked to personal information which can be linked to any particular individual.
If you sign up with one of our partners for another service we will share details such as your name and contact information so that they can provide the service you have requested.
We use an outside credit card processing company to handle our billing. They are authorised to use the information they obtain for billing purposes only and they do not retain, store or use personally identifiable information for other purposes.

We will only disclose your personal information if required by law, or to protect our rights under the Maxmail Service Agreement or if we are required to do so by an order of the court or governmental agency.
You can import contacts from your Outlook or other email account address book to invite them to become members of our site. We collect the username and password for the email account you wish to import your contacts from and will only use it for that purpose.
Use on our Website
From time to time we may post customer comment, testimonials or reviews on our website which may contain personally identifiable information. We will always obtain your consent to use this information prior to posting anything on the website.
We retain the personal information you have provided for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account we will retain your information for as long as we are required to in order to comply with any statutory obligations, resolve any disputes and enforce any agreements.
CyberCom employs high levels of security to ensure that your personal information is protected both online and offline. We encrypt sensitive information such as credit card information and secure pages are locked and we ensure that our office environment is secure with restricted access and password protected computers. We place a high emphasis on staff training in privacy and security issues.
Users should be aware that although CyberCom takes every practicable precaution no data transmission over the internet is ever 100% safe. Use of the Service is entirely at the User’s own risk.
