Maxmail 4 Autoresponder can be triggered in a number of ways

• Subscribes – If someone new subscribes to your mailing list, you might want to automatically send them a welcome email
• Un-Subscribes – If someone un-subscribes from you might want to automatically ask them why they are leaving
• Opens an Email – If someone opens your email you might send them a special offer or ask tehm to update their contact details
• Matches a Date – Show your caring side and automatically email your clients on their birthdays or not so caring, email them a reminder to pay their invoices on invoice date.
