What is an Autoresponder?

Autoresponder templates are the response email or campaign that are sent automatically as a result of a triggered event.
That is the are responses automatically sent by Maxmail as a result of a event determined by you.
Autoresponder Templates are stored in the ‘Responder Templates’ folder on the Email tab.

How to create an Autoresponder

Create an Email campaign in the normal manner

• From the Automation Tab.
• Create a Autoresponder
• Part of the process to creating a Autoresponder you will need to
  ‘Then send an Email Based on ____________’
• From the drop down box select the email campaign that you created in the earlier step
• A copy of the new Email campaign will be added to the Responder Templates folder
